Yes I know, and I'm sure you did a good job for her, but it doesn't alter the fact that this doesn't look good:
This was over three weeks ago and I have heard nothing from them
I have called this and left my number every day this week and no one has called me back.Je suis Charlie.0 -
that was probably the other one I was thinking of, as I remember 7towers offering to intervene
there may be one more in a similar vein
and yes it was bad timing due to the Beavis court case, lol0 -
Here's another one, on PePiPoo, C-M:

I know you don't do IPC appeals anymore but if you're not going to help this person you ought at least to contact them and refund their money.
I strongly recommend you convert your concern into action to fix these customer service issues. It's impossible to recommend your services to anyone whilst these issues persist.Je suis Charlie.0 -

@ Coupon Mad - there is no need to justify or explain on the forums any cases
I see my favourite poster "Quentin" is quick to chip in on any thread that mentions appeals companies ......
@ Bazster - appreciate your comments regarding what you appear to have seen on forums.
However, we would like to point out that voice messages are responded to however it does help if people actually leave messages or contact numbers or actually answer their phones when they get a call back which frequently happens.
We do receive hundreds of emails and voice messages and have many satisfied customers
Also thank you Bazster but customers are refunded regularly when we decline or cannot take on cases. "windysurfer" does have a nominated appeal handler and his case is in hand.
@ Chilli Pepper - your case is being dealt with and you will receive a reply.0 -

Coupon Mad posts here on behalf of the company she works for. If you ignore the complaints posted here and elsewhere on the net expect your business to go downhill big time.
If you are her boss then it would be more professional of you to deal with her privately rather than publicly chastise her for posting here.
I do not know why you single me out for your comment - I posted in the thread in answer to a newbies concern. I am sure I am not your favourite poster so why make your comment if not to just stir up trouble.
Others subsequently posted their concerns about the bad press your company is receiving lately (not just here)!0 -

Perhaps you are not communicating this effectively to your customers then?
It's a badly-run business which dismisses customer complaints simply because they are unjustified. Any complaint means a confused or disgruntled customer and they will get you a lot more bad publicity than you will ever get good publicity from the majority of happy customers.Je suis Charlie.0 -
@4consumerrights, I know you have many happy customers and I'm certainly not impugning your motives or honesty. Indeed I have often assured OP's that your operation is trustworthy.
It's a question of how (rightly or wrongly) your customer service is perceived, and there have been enough worried OP's here (and on PePiPoo) for the perception to have arisen that you are perhaps not quite as efficient and responsive as you could be. As you know there are people around here who are only too willing to have a snipe at your operation, so I'd have thought it best to deny them cause to do so as far as you are able.Je suis Charlie.0 -
Your post just seems designed to cause trouble.

a) we do not ignore any complaints - like any company we handle any such grievances in an appropriate manner.
b) Point me in the direction then of other bad press the company is receiving please "on the net" I would like to see that.
c) So it is OK for Coupon Mad to post in the capacity of the company - but when I did you complained to MSE to have me silenced ....
d) I am NOT Chastising Coupon Mad in the posts she is doing - quite the contrary - this was meant that we do not need to justify or explain on MSE or anywhere else for that matter.
e) If there are concerns then we do act quickly and efficiently to rectify those matters. However things are sometimes not always black and white.
f) I am not Coupon Mad's boss - we are of equal standing.
g) And your posts never seem to stir up trouble I suppose....0 -

f) Irrespective of your standing with Coupon Mad, it would be more professional to sort out your differences on how to deal with complaints in private rather than publicly here.
e) If there are concerns then we do act quickly and efficiently to rectify those matters. However things are sometimes not always black and white.
c) It's nothing to do with me how Coupon Mad posts here - you are the one who seems unhappy with her posts.
Your suggestion that I have complained to MSE about you is just paranoia!! (Or another attempt to cause trouble)
d) Until you and your mates were stopped you were happy to advertise your business on MSE. Now you are getting some complaints you are being foolish to take the attitude you have nothing to justify when there are clearly unhappy customers driven to going public to get any response.0
