mortgage advice for 70+

I am 71 next birthday, mortgage free and would like to move house. Our net annual income is just over 20k in pensions. Would appreciate advice on lenders who will lend to over 70s for 5 years or more. I estimate needing about 30k. Many thanks

A few lenders will consider this proposition. Either conduct your own research or contact a broker and expect to pay a fee as a £30,000 mortgage will only provide a small income for the adviser.0
