financial advisor looking for financial advice !

Hi I'm a new user and have just started looking at the forums. My problem is that my husband is himself a financial advisor, self employed, and we are therefore unable to come to any sort of arrangement about our huge and crippling personal and business debts. I am keen for him to come out of the financial services industry, for obvious reasons but he will not listen. Does anyone have any advice for me,
debt-free wannabee with complicated problems !!

Welcome to the board!!

Can you do a SOA (statement of affairs), basically a list of incoming and outgoings?

Make sure you list all business expenditure and personal expenditure seperate.

Sorry what I mean is write out your incomings and outgoings and then post in this thread so we have a clearer idea of your situation, if not the advice we give could be completely wrong.

If you and your husband share finances then you need to do a joint SOA.
