What to cook in George Foreman grill

I've just bought myself a small compact George Foreman grill. Just cooked a Bird's Eye chicken breast in it from frozen, it took much less time than using the big oven just for me. However I'm wondering if frozen things are ok to cook in it regularly. The Bird's Eye chicken says to oven cook but it turned out ok in the grill. Is it ok to cook breaded fish or chicken in it?

I must say its quite impressive. I live alone and used to have ready meals all the time but this seems a quick healthier alternative. I was initially put off by some reviews saying the grills are awful to clean but I have just wiped mine down with damp kitchen roll while it was still warm and its spotless.

I've not had any problems with cleaning mine. I do exactly the same as you do.

I have cooked frozen fish and chicken on mine. Just got to make sure it is actually cooked and not solid in the middle.
