I applied for a job and got it teaching in spain, they withrdrew the offer last minute for a pathetic reason!! seriously!!
I have now had to apply for JSA while I desp search for another job.
Wondered if I went bankrupt while on JSA how much do I pay?

Job Seekers allowance (income based) would qualify for automatic exemption from the £150.00 court fee. (take a letter dated within a month to confirm your benefit.
JSA (contribution based) is not automatic but you can still apply for a remission - take proof of all your income.
In both case complete Form EX160 available from court or it should be in your bankruptcy pack.
The OR deposit is still payable.Pay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000
