I am earning around £600 after tax, but have only been in the job 1 month, the place i want is only cheap , around 60k

You have a CCJ visible on your credit file. You do not have a good credit rating as it would be viewed by a mortgage lender. If you are paying for this "credit score" nonsense, don't. It's just a marketing scheme run by the CRAs.
It's your gross annual basic salary which matters. Your net income is irrelevant.
Your deposit is important as this determines the loan to value and the risk to the lender.
Typically, you'll be able to borrow 4.5 x your gross annual basic salary but credit commitments, dependents, ground rent and service charges, student loans and season ticket would have to be taken into account for affordability.I am a mortgage broker.
