As per the title really, can I freeze home made hummus?
The only ingredients are chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic cloves and a bit of water. Sometimes with some ground cumin.

I would. But it will separate a bit when defrosted. Just use a drop more oil to bring it back0

I make hummus and freeze it in individual portions in plastc cups, I eat them for lunch at work, it works fine.0
