Can i freeze HM hummus?

As per the title really, can I freeze home made hummus?
The only ingredients are chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic cloves and a bit of water. Sometimes with some ground cumin.

I would. But it will separate a bit when defrosted. Just use a drop more oil to bring it back0

I make hummus and freeze it in individual portions in plastc cups, I eat them for lunch at work, it works fine.0

I always end up making too much because my food processor is big and i am the only one in the house that eats it! 0 -
i freeze it in icecube trays then empty the frozen cubes into takeaway containers. tonight for supper i had pasta, fresh tomato chopped and heated in the microwave for 1 min, brocolli and 5 cubes stirred in. lish20*25 for 2025: 489 / 5000
