Cream bright eyeshadow wand

Love the idea of this, but reviews say it's tiny & at nearly £30 I wonder is it worth it.

It's basically a bright cream eyeshadow wand - anyone recommend any good eyeshadow wands?

A eye primer does the same job, most brands sell them. They are light beige or cream shade as a base for your eyeshadow. The most famous is Urban Decay. You can leave your eye naked with out shadow if you want.
