Mortgage restricted

Anyone know what they mean when they say mortgage restricted? The broker has came back and said this and required a copy of credit file.
The credit file is fine all green, no bad financial links and no missed or even late payments. On the electorall roll etc
just curious while waiting for him to call back as to what this is and if its a formality etc
The mortgage is for a property at 110k i have 5% plus doing the equity loan from gouvernment so mortgage is around 83k
Wage is 23k per year and monthly commitments are around £250 for loan, car insurance and phone bill.

I thought it was your girlfriend applying for the mortgage?
Could it be restricted because the deposit is coming from both of you but the mortgage will only be in her name?0 -
it is pixie, I just get fed up writing from a 3rd party point of view ha. Anyway its sorted now its all sorted and decision in principal has been given.
