'Roof Box' hire

Is it possible to hire 'roof boxes' from anywhere in NI?
Friends are going on holiday & need one on a 'one off' basis as they're car sharing but the convenience of having one on the trip doesn't justify the cost.
Any of the sites I found on the net were all for London / SE region.

Make sure they take some ratchet straps with them, we hired a large box once for a long weekend for £70 (didnt know about HSS) and when we were returning home the box wouldnt lock. As we were driving from the Lake District to Bristol with the car full of camping stuff we had to swap some bungees for some ratchet straps off another camper.
