6 years ago today was the day I felt like I'd failed! I've come a long way since then, and times have been very tight indeed, but I'm happy to say, it's got better, and was the best thing I could have done in my situation. To anyone going through this now, have faith, thing will get better.

congratulations poodle! im pretty sure i would have read you orignal posts at some point as we filed for br in july 10....we are counting down the days now!
can not wait to try and get a mortgage in the next year or two, feel like the rent we pay is waisted money!0
