Oyster Season Ticket not appearing

Hi, I renewed my weekly travel card this morning as usual, but when I tapped out at Victoria, I noticed I'd been charged for travel. I did some digging when I arrived at work and found that although payment had been taken by my card provider, no season ticket was present on my Oyster card.

To complicate matters, I purchased using an oyster machine at a national rail station. No receipts are provided for weekly tickets.

Unsurprisingly tfl are referring me back to south west trains and... South west trains are referring me back to tfl.

Has anyone had a similar problem? South west trains say they can see my transaction processing correctly, as can my card provider. Tfl cannot and tell me the issue needs to be resolved by South west trains.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you logged into your online account? What does it say?

(Incidentally, I'd recommend buying them online in future as this will avoid errors by the ticket office staff)

Tells me that there is no season ticket active on this card. Agreed about buying online.
