Own a spanish property, now want a UK property

My parents live in Spain and own their property outright. They are considering buying a property in the UK so if ever they change their mind in the future to return to England they will at least have a base.
They are both in their 50's but have retired so do not have jobs. I am happy to guarentee their mortgage as I have a good permananet job.
Will a mortgage lender, give them a mortgage, given their circumstances? They have found potential properties for around £110k.
They would require a 100% mortgage.
Any advice greatfully received.
