Problem getting refund from clickshop

I made an order of £30 on clickshop.com back on 20th July. I phoned up a few days later and cancelled the order because there was a delay getting stock and I needed it urgently. They said they'd refund me within 7 days.
Its now almost a month after the purchase, emailed a few times and been told they'd look into it but no response and theres no way of getting in contact via phone as theres no number on the site.
I made the purchase via my Natwest credit card. I tried talking to someone in my local branch but was told it was an issue I'd have to take up with the retailer.
Any advice on how I can get the money back and quickly?

Unfortunately as the purchase was less than £100 the credit card company does not assume joint liability under section 75, but rather than talking to somebody in your branch it might be worth calling the credit card helpline and telling them what has happened and asking for their help.I made an order of £30 on clickshop.com back on 20th July. I had an issue with a retailer named Memorybits.co.uk where an order they claimed to have sent by recorded delivery didn't arrive. (It was being sent to my work address so there is no way it could have got missing unless one at the post office stole it. ) They made loads of excuses and then stated they would refund me when Royal Mail said it had gone missing. They had delayed in posting the order and only seemed to have posted it when I said I wanted to cancel it.
I reported them to their local Trading Standards via the web and then threatened them with court action. The court action got me the refund. However it took 3 weeks.
They are still spamming my email address so I have threatened to report them to the Information Commissioner as they have refused to remove it twice.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

hi sorrry to hear you were conned also
i ordered a 2gig xd card for nearly £18 .two weeks went by with no response although the money went within 2 days after numerous e-mails STEF agreed to a complete refund with a complementary
1gig card (this did arrive next days but its value was less than £5)
he promised this refund had been credited to me on may 30th
this still as not been refunded
but what i find most dispicable is that STEF uses the theme of charity to his own goal
