Cancel Lending stream account

Hi,

I had a loan from Lending stream, paid all back some time ago but my I'm still registered with them. How can I cancel/close my account with them?
I cannot find any such option or information on their website.

They have a 'contact us' button on their site. I'd try that.

1. I suggest you contact them at https://www.!!!!!!!!!!!!!.co.uk/process/contactus.html and tell them you want to close the account because you have paid off your loan, and also tell them you want them to remove their CPA (Continuous Payment Authority) from your bank account. I would also put this request in writing and send it by post.


2. Also inform your bank that you have asked !!!!!!!!!!!!! to remove the CPA and make sure the bank also remove it from their end.
