Yes I am on PAYE.
I do not understand what you mean by that.
If you are on PAYE then at least some, if not all, of your personal allowance will be used up so all the rental income will be taxed through your salary.
Your code number will be reduced by the taxable amount of rental income in the previous year or if in the first year, your estimate.The only thing that is constant is change.0 -

IIRC isnt there a choice to pay via PAYE (if you have it) or after/with tax return?0
