Nationwide process clarification

Hi there,
I have had my offer accepted on a house and using a mortgage broker. Last Thursday morning my mortgage broker called to say that she has done the full application for me. By 4pm she called back to say it has been accepted by Nationwide, and she then took payment from my card on my behalf for the valuation right there over the phone (sounded like she typed this into the nationwide website).
Now.. My broker is currently on holiday until Friday and I've just got this feeling of unease.. How does the Nationwide process work? My broker had all my paperwork: payslips ID, bank statements etc so would've been able to submit a full application however.. Does this mean I've passed the underwriter? OR does nationwide do the valuation first? I'm so confused. I should've asked the question when she told me on the phone but I was so excited the thought didn't cross my mind until the weekend!
All I've had so far is a text msg from nationwide last Thursday evening to say "good news, we've received your application and we'll be in touch of we need further information from you"
Please can anyone advise me on where I am?

They take valuation first. Just wait on the text messages.0

Valuation next then they would review and approve valuation accordingly. (Further info requested if required) then mortgage is offered. If you chose a homebuyers survey via the mortgage lender, you will need to sign the terms of engagement and then the report will be sent to you.0

You will receive a text to inform you of the valuation date.0
