Puzzled about re mortgage credit check

I'm applying for a re-mortgage and the credit check has come back with an open credit agreement. The only thing the lender will say is it is on communication. I have a mobile contract and Sky TV/broadband. Nothing else. Equifax check has come back clear too. Our credit check from when we moved from rented to bought threw up nothing like this. Anyone have any ideas?

Your help is much appreciated thank you

Surprising they won't tell you exactly what they think it is. It's your account.

When I applied for a mortgage they picked up 3 credit accounts that I had recently closed, and told me exactly which lender and for how much.

You should get your report from Experian, Equifax and Noddle (CallCredit)
  • Thank you for getting back I have tried to ask them what it's for checked all my first debits and and have equivalent and couldn't see anything on there! Bit stumped we ARE re mortgaging with another company/bank but I really haven't got a clue what this open credit agreement is will have to try and ring the mortgage company and say Help!
