Loan after mortgage completion

Join a buy and sell group on facebook. You could kit out an entire house for a couple of hundred quid. Flooring can be cheap and cheerful until you can save up and do it properly. You won't be enjoying your house if you're constantly worried about money having to fork out for a loan at the same time. Just let the dust settle and see what you really need to shell out for in the longer term.Thinking critically since 1996....0

There's a lot to be bought. Flooring isn't included so that's going to be dear as well as furniture, TV...etc
I'm just wondering what way I will befor future lending as this is my first mortgage.
You don't need a TV, if you have a laptop( or a tablet or phone ) you can get catch up, Netflix etc.0 -
I totally agree with all the suggestion above. The last thing you need is another debt if you can avoid it. I can't wait to pay off my car, so I can have that extra to overpay on my mortgage (when it begins that is). Expect the unexpected, the last thing you want to do is stretch yourself too thin and be unable to cover any urgent unepected repairs.0

Going through co-ownership, you haven't a mission getting a 12k or even an 8k loan on 21k a year.0

Family and friends, Freecycle, find out if there's a local furniture project where you can get cookers, washing machines for a few pounds.
Basically, you need a cooker, a bed, a few rugs (if the floor is bare) a table and a few chairs. Everything else can wait.0 -
Oh, forgot the fridge.0
