Super Ketone plua - real results?

There has been an awful lot in the papers/magazines and on the internet recently about the raspberry ketone plus pills.

I know there has been scams relating to these, but im more interested in the product itself.

Has anyone here tried them at all?

I read some articles on it when they first became popular.

From what i read they conducted trials in mice and noticed that they help "burn fat" in mice so it's possible that they help burn fat in humans as well.

At the time i read it, it had never been verified if they help burn fat in humans and no tests on humans were done to determine safe dosage or long term affects.

Anyone taking these is stupid, if that good the NHS would use them. There are many ways to lose weight but that doesn't mean they are all safe. What's wrong with healthy eating and some exercise? Why do people want the miracle pill?

Raspberry ketones supplements can no longer be sold legally in the UK. In 2014, the Food Standards Agency ruled that raspberry ketones were an unauthorised 'novel food'.

Raspberry ketones flavourings are still permitted.
