it's the not spending to much I seem to have a problem with at the moment.

I think the key is to not go near any shops then I can't be tempted!

Right is pretty much the end of my normal lunch hour and I haven't been to Sainsbury's!!!

One day down. Still think I'm going to need something else to eat, but will get something from work. There isn't much on offer so will probably stick with a diet coke.

Thanks again everyone, I've had a couple of sales on Amazon as will this morning which helps.

    Morning all.

I just wanted to say another thank you. I only picked up the things I needed in the supermarket and posted my Amazon parcels yesterday.

I kept my spending diary and while it's only one day, it's a start. Going for a low spend today as I have some leaving drinks to go to tonight, but I am only staying for a hour so one drink will do.

But feeling much more positive, and I've had some sales on Amazon so building up a nice little fund for my OD payments.

Thanks you are all wonderful people!
