CCJ's & Bankruptcy

Hi
Some advice please.
I declared myself bankrupt a couple of years ago & was discharged 12 months later, however I have now found that I have unresolved CCJ's on my file for debts which were dealt with within the bankruptcy proceedings.
Because of this I am struggling to even open a bank account(even a basic account)
The 3 CCJ's were lodged by Howard Cohen & Co Solicitors, who have so far not responded to any contact from myself.
Hoe do I get the CCJ's satisfied?
Many thanks

Under the rules the court can only mark a CCJ as satisfied if it has been paid in full. Obviously in bankruptcy that has not happened, so usually they will refuse.
Does not really matter anyway. The CCJs pre-dating the bankruptcy will be on file for a shorter time than the bankruptcy itself, and the BR is the bigger blacker mark anyway so the CCJs are neither here nor there.
CCJ or BR undischarged BR should not be stopping you getting a basic account, so banks are doing something wrong there. Perhaps not putting through an actual basic app, as that often happens with the staff not understanding what you want.
Or it is an issue of failing ID/AML checks or something, not the credit check itself.
Otherwise Barclays or Co-op should not be a problem for a basic account.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
