Hey guys, what's the chances of ejo taking items out of your house for debt?
More importantly though, if they do could they take items belonging to me if the debt is by someone else in the house?
Eg: ejo are taking my brothers stuff but could they take mine Cuz we live in the same house?any response be appreciated

Long story, not really. Seizure of goods is the absolute last resort but if it gets to that stage do not expect the enforcement officers to be very discerning. Helps if you have receipts for any expensive items in your possession.
If it gets to that stage then your brother hasn't been engaging with them and I'd be having some serious words with him!0 -
I don't think I've got a receipt for majority of things which is a bad error on my part.
So its basically 50-50 then about the possibility of me losing my stuff if it gets to that stage? Am I being ambitious in asking would they take your word for it if you said certain things where yours?0 -
anything happened yet? Did they take any of your stuff0
