Is there a time when a creditor cannot ring you up concerning a debt?
what is the earliest and latest they can ring ?or can they ring 24/7

I would write to them and say that you will only communicate with them in writing from now on and any further phone contact will be regarded as harassment. I will find the template letter for you and post the link when i have found it.2013 TARGET £30k

I had lots of phone calls from a DCA. I immediately wrote to them and have had no calls since. It works with some, not all. But at least they know you are serious.
