Yea i know! well ive filled out an expenditure list with payplan and they will be getting back to me tomorrow evening hopefully, i guess if we sold car thats another 100 we can afford to put towards a dmp with them.
What is your honest view on situation? Bankruptcy?0 -

Right before I go to bed my honest opinion is that you should go bankrupt.
As I said before on another thread tonight, as a general rule of thumb if a DMP lasts more than 6 - 7 years then you are better off going bankrupt and getting on with your life. (This is obviously subject to many clauses such as if it would affect jobs or things like that)
