Hello, Does anyone know what a £160,000 mortgage would cost per month. I am a first time buyer with a property in mind and wanted to know what is the best type of mortgage to get, any advice?
Thanks:beer:

It could cost almost any amount!
For starters, try the FSA's website at https://www.fsa.gov.uk/tables and put in your details to get a list of mortgages which might suit you.
Then, if you don't know what to choose, get some independent advice.0 -
Hi, Depends on your credit rating and income try (bbc mortgage calculator)you can enter different rates John:beer:0

As others have said, it really does depend.
FWIW, my mortgage is £163K, and at a rate of 5.99% currently, I pay £990 a month. I hope that helps.
' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0 -
Hi, thanks for your advice. I will check out by other means.0
