convection/combination cooking advice neede

I have been given a 'Sharp' Jet convection & double grill (R-872) machine, but without the instruction booklet. I am OK with the Microwave bit but I'm at a loss as to how to use the rest and the various combinations? Does anyone have an instruction book, maybe they could let me have a copy, or at least some advice to get started to use this machine? Some guidance as to how to cook different food stuffs? If this is not allowed on this site, maybe sent directly to my own email? Am anxious to have a go!

I get the feeling I have posted this request for advice on the wrong bit of the forum. Thanks to all those who have read it and I apologise if I am in the wrong place. May I take the oportunity to thank people for advice regarding silicon bath sealant a couple of weeks ago. All is well and sealed and thanks to you all for helping.
