Does anyone know which lenders take into consideration child maintenance and child benefit when they run affordability? I have bank statements to prove these but no written agreement or court order for maintenance. Thank you!

A broker would be able to direct you to appropriate lenders.Slummy mummy!0

Thanks, but I was hoping that perhaps some of the regular users here know. Or a broker who's more generous with information :-)---

Brokers aren't able to just suggest lenders as it could be viewed as giving advice

Nationwide take tax credits, child benefit and child support payments into account. Go to their website and put your details through the mortgage calculator (not the basic one, there's a more thorough one that still won't do an actual credit check)
Good luck.0 -

Thank you! This would be for a remortgage, I'd like to get a better rate if I can. I will probably be better off going through a broker but want to do my homework before I approach them.---

Btw for anyone interested, I found this link but it's from 2013 so some of this information might be out of date.

Thanks Thrugelmir, I know that - however for now that is not an option, ex refuses to do anything in writing even though he pays regularly - an amount we both agreed with.
CMS (the new service replacing CSA) charges collection fees if they collect the money and I prefer not to use them at all if I can get away with it.---
