Paying for delivery to store has annoyed me also,they will be seeing far less orders from me now.

Presumably - until they get wise to that.

Another couple of customers lost here, too. And not just for the small items. Not bothering even to look at the John Lewis website now, so nothing's going to come from there.

On top of that, we used to pick up the orders from Waitrose and do a bit of shopping there at the same time. That won't happen either. John Lewis don't seem to have heard of the 'unintended consequences' concept.
