  • Ok, apologises i haven't posted it yet. On top of my problems we've just lost my Aunty it was expected but always still a shock, but i was so busy helping sort things out i've been exhausted.

I do have some good news though hubby starts a temporary job on Tuesday approx 4 months work for harvest (4 weekly paid so a while until pay day). Not sure if it will improve our position as obviously tax credits and hb/ctb will stop, but it just feels good.

I will have it posted tonight.

Sorry for your loss. It is very stressful dealing with it all. But once you contact one of the debt companies and start the ball rolling you will feel much better.

Also it is worth calling Sky and explain you just can't afford the payments, they are well known for offering extra discounts or reduced payments in order to keep your business, even if you are only part way through a contract. The same with most phone companies.
