have just got my first crop of home grown charlotte potatoes.
there are rather more of them than I'd bargained for (being a first time veg grower) and I've four more bags growing. There is only 2 of us!
can they be frozen without ill-effect? is it best to blanch them first/ fully cook?
thanks all

If you have somewhere cool and dry to store them, like a shed or cool cupboard, they will keep for a good few months, unwashed, unpeeled and uncooked.0
