Team building ideas?

Has anyone got any good ideas for team building events in Northern Ireland? So far we've done paintballing, go-karting, day at the races... but are racking our brains to come up with some other ideas.

Clay pigeon shooting is good - I did that on a team-build.

Try www.puddenhill.com whilst not in NI, it is only 90mins from Belfast thanks to the new roads & fairly easy to find.

paint balling, out door pursuits at various places. I love rock climbing and abseiling for team building.

We did a treasure hunt ..Only diference every group was given a cheap Digital camera to photograph clues .we were also give a bag of items to be used with clues ...eg robin hood outfit for finding sherrifs castle .
At the end of the day we had a BarBQ and put all the picures on a digital projector ...Gave a good few hours of laughs ..
The only thing I would have changed would be linking some clues so each team had to help in some way the other ..The winning team on our day was a bit to competative ..

You could think about doing a volunteer challenge with VSB - http://www.vsb.org.uk/

We did one where we painted a charity's office. It was really good fun and you can get publicity as well...

Ah yeah, sure it is! :rotfl:

But it can be good craic all the same... I'll throw out some of these ideas at the meeting on Thursday. Feel free to keep 'em coming if you can think of any more. These are all great so far!
