    Hi All,

When you 'Price Compare' in ASDA, do your buy your shopping at full price at the tills, then go to Customer Services and get a refund? Never done this yet and was interested, just wanted to get the idea correct!

    Cheers

So do you just buy your items at the tills as normal but when do you mention admatch and should your leaflet, when the check out girl has totalled up or do you go to customer service?

I know there is a sign at the tills but is there also somewhere on the ASDA website that gives the rules etc of admatching?

Also someone mentioned this £2 voucher for over/undercharging, is this also on the Asda website somewhere?

    (Probally blindingly obvious!)

    Hi

As you go through the tills you must have a copy of the Ad. Different till operators work differently. On Tuesday the till operator put three yogurts through at 30p and the other three through at 8p.As Asda have a multibuy saving of 15p off when you purchase three, this comes off automatically. With the Gold she put each tub through at 34p.
I usually try and keep my Admatch items together and place the flyer with them.

If you purchase an item in Asda and it scans at the wrong price or you dont get the multibuy savings shown at the point of purchase etc..etc.. dont point it out at the till but take it to the customer service desk where they will refund the difference and give you a £2 gift card.

    Hi All,

Sorry to be a pain - Do they also accept all other supermarkets adverts - i.e. Tesco, Somerfield, Iceland, Netto, etc - So long as the product is exactly the same?

    Cheers

Pretty sure as long as its any 'Retail' company you will be fine, Netto is an interesting one.
  • Another cheeky one at Adsa is for 2-litre bottles of Diet Fanta.

Sainsburys have a BOGOF offer on Fanta in their most recent leaflet, so you should be able to get them for 9p each if the multisaving discount (2 for £1.50) goes through ok on the till.

Haven't tried it yet but will be shopping at Asda tomorrow night so hopefully can stock up then.

    Cool,

I have a Somerfield newsletter saying Midnight Port 8.99 reduced to 4.99 but Somerfield were sold out, can I produce this leaflet at Asda and get the port there?

Yes if they stock the same port and yes they admatch any other price providing the leaflet is in date. They do not admatch internet prices though.

Remember they also take all other shop coupons..all the current Somerfield ones scan...don't know if they stock all the items but they definatey scan.

Again they do not accept coupons printed of the internet!

Sorry forgot to mention that they also take Somerfield coupons generated from Somerfield tills...you know the ones that come out with the receipt..they usually have a green border...and you can use as many as you like...
