Welcome Finance - Refund of interest

Hello to all,
In need of a bit of help here really..
I received a letter from welcome finance saying id overpaid on my interest (historical system error)
I called them first to make sure it was legit etc, then signed off the bacs payment letter which they received on 22/05/15.
I still haven't received the money and after calling them 3 successive days, i feel like i'm being given the run around. Telling me that they cant find any of my details and they will get back to myself, no such luck.
I was wondering if there is anyone else i can take this up with, just to give them a shove to get my money to me.
