Office shoes

I saw some toms on office shoes eBay page at £22 and then delivery on top. The thing is that these shoes were on sale on office website at £20 and they are selling these on eBay as they are store display stock with defects. Now shouldn't they be the same price as sale price as they are the same pair of shoes. Also with defects I would expect to pay less.
Is here anyway to get them to reduce the price.

They can sell them for whatever price they want, it's up to you if you want to buy them or not. If you are especially worried you could email them to let them know/ask them to cut the price? Though it would make sense to just go to the store and get them for cheaper (unless they are all out of your size in which case; you are not talking about the same shoes in their stores you are talking about the same design but in a different size- perhaps if they had your size or had more popular sizes the price may have been higher)
At the end of the day they make/sell the shoes, they decide the price.0
