CCJ Acknowledgement of service help please

Hubs has received CCJ papers. We are in (so far, amicable) talks with the creditor and are trying to come to an arrangement to avoid this progressing. Specifically because he works in financial services and a CCJ would have a massive effect on his chances of future employment. However we still need to acknowledge the service incase things don't go as planned. Please can someone help me with which box to tick? Are we defending all of the judgement? Even tho we admit the money is owed? We know he owes it. Know it needs to be paid. It's only the CCJ we don't want.

Bit late , not sure how you can defend a correct caseDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Yes that is what you enter. Seems odd but it doesnt oblige you to actually defend. The rules allow you to enter an admission and offer at the end of the 28 days if that seems the best thing.Still rolling rolling rolling......<

Yes thank you.
Not late at all chanz4. We have received papers after they have refused a token payment as advised by stepchange and we want to go down the route of a Tomlin order rather than a CCJ to help protect chances of future employment. We don't deny the money is owed we just can't pay it all in one go!0
