Upright freezer for garage

I want to buy a larder freezer to go in my garage. It is an integrated garage in a terraced house but have my doubts as to whether a 'normal' freezer would work. I have read that Beko freezers are suitable for garages but would welcome any views from people who have freezers in their garage

They usually specify in the description that they are garage suitable, we found chest freezers to be cheaper alternatives.0

Many people have (chest) freezers in their garages or other outbuildings without ever having problems - but Beko are certainly the only ones who are happy to claim theirs will work in a garage. See http://www.which.co.uk/home-and-garden/home-appliances/guides/best-freezers-for-your-garage/ for the explanation of why this is so (sorry if you already know this!). Probably worth reading Which's test results - your local library should have it.0
