More than 1 seller on contract ?

my wife and I are buying a new build. Our solicitor has had to refer the contract to our mortgage company as the contract States 2 sellers.
One is the landowner and the other is the developer who built the houses ( as the developer u assume went in joint with the landowner).
Just curious if anyone else had had this , as worried that the offer will be withdrawn ! Hopefully not as all is above board but solicitor States it's his duty to inform them when the landowner is not the only one on the contract .
Can anyone relate to this / seen this and is it bad ?
Solicitor seems to think all will be ok but you can't help but worry
