Manchester Airport Group / Thomson Competition Terms and conditions June 2015
1. The prize includes one £1000 Thomson giftcard. No other services / products are included (e.g transfers, spending money, insurance, flight extras or any other items or expense not specifically stated in the prize description). The prize is not transferable and no alternative will be offered.
2. There is one prize of a giftcard pre-loaded to the value of £1000. The card can be used as full or part payment for travel products at participating Thomson/First Choice travel shops/superstores, excluding all travel money related products currency, traveller’s cheques and prepaid cards). Giftcards cannot be exchanged for cash or to purchase another gift card. The card will expire after 24 months of non-usage and any remaining balance will be deducted. The maximum account balance allowed at any one time is £5000. The card must be treated as cash, the balance cannot be refunded if lost, stolen or destroyed. Balances can be obtained by phone, in-store or via the web. Cards cannot be exchanged for travellers’ cheques or foreign currency.
3. The prize is valid until the expiry date stated on the giftcard and must be booked by this date. Under no circumstances will the validity of this giftcard be extended.
4. You can enter the competition if you are a UK resident (including the Channel Islands), aged 18+. Employees of the Manchester Airport Group (MAG) &TUI Group (and their families) or any agencies or persons connected with the promotion may not enter.
5. There is no purchase necessary to enter the competition
6. There is one prize for all participating MAG airports combined (Manchester, Stansted, East Midlands and Bournemouth) and all entries will be combined for the prize draw.
7. You also agree to take part in any publicity relating to this competition.
8. You must provide your full name, address and daytime phone number to enter the competition. MAG will use your personal details to administer this promotion, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission. You can read more about the MAG Privacy Policy.
9. Only one entry permitted per person. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited and will not be counted.
10. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered and won’t be returned. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random within 14 day after the closing date.
11. There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is not transferable. Our MAG / Thomson decision as to the winner is final, and no correspondence can be entered into.
12. 15. If MAG cannot contact the winner within 14 days of the closing date, MAG will offer the prize to a runner up, or re-offer the prize in another promotion.
