Maybe it won't be an issue? He might know that natwest are better with this sort of situation so may not have seen it as a problem?

To be fair I would only have brought it up if I noticed the property wouldn't have been accepted by a lender.


You seem upset that he hasn't brought something up that shouldn't cause a problem.


While your right that Annexes are harder to place than your standard 2 up 2 down, of all the lenders out there NatWest is one of few that would go for it so its just down to surveyors comments which is the same for every house and every lender.


You found a house you wanted to buy, he has found a lender that will consider the property, I fail to see why you are upset with him.
