It specifically says GMT+1. British Summer Time is GMT+1 so "at midnight (GMT+1)" should be the same as midnight here. Mainland Europe is currently on CEST (Central European Summer Time) which is GMT+2. So by ending at 11pm here, although it may be midnight in Switzerland, they are actually closing at midnight (GMT+2).
