The first sign of the Zodiac is Aries. But as for the first on the watch - which one are they classing as first on the dial - the one that looks to be at number 1 on the dial is Leo and that's not an option.

I'm pretty sure that's a crab = Cancer

The Scorpio looks to be around 4-5
