Hello all,
I am looking at sinking quite a bit of money into a mattress.
I have narrowed it down to a Mammoth Pocket Hybrid 1600
Or a Harrison Paradise 5000 Pillowtop
Sorry i can not post links yet
But any help or advice from anyone who has purchased the brands it would be appreciated.
I have laid on both but can not decide only downside of the Mammoth i can think of is the foam will wear out after a while?
Also if i buy a firm bed will the springs eventually weaken making it a medium firmness therefore getting more life out of it?
Thanks

There's certainly plenty of hype in the advertising! Some of it doesn't really make a lot of sense: what on earth is 'medical grade foam' in this context...? And any mattress where you have to 'ring for prices' is plain daft.
If you are still open to possible alternatives, you might like to have a look at something from John Lewis which offers both memory foam and sprung interior for a much lower price (and is incredibly comfortable - we've got one): http://www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-open-memory-mattress-range/p3972850 -
They are both £799 for a double.
Thank you for your suggestion i will go check it out
