Mortgage on fixed term contract?

Hi everyone!
I was wondering what my chances would be getting a mortgage on a fixed term contract? I was with my company since 2013 through a recruitment agency then secured an FTA which was due to end this month but we have been extended til June 2017.
I have a 45k deposit and earn 27k, a house iv seen is 135k. i have no credit card debt but I do have a student loan taken out every month and I think I have a good credit rating as I always pay on time. Thanks in advance

Hello,
You should have no problem securing the £90.000 mortgage ( straight repayment depending on interest rate, fixed etc approx £450-£500 PCM) - make sure you secure employment prior to 20170 -

I have to have at least a year left on my contract or proof of previous contracts in the sector to get a mortgage (with my OH).0
