Forwarding stuff to OR

Got a letter from a debt collector this morning, for a debt included in my BR. I rang them and said "oh dear, clearly Egg have sold you this debt fully in the knowledge of my bankruptcy!" cos I'm a bit evil :p

So now I forward the letter to the OR, yes? Do I need to write a covering letter or can I just shove it in an envelope and post it?

Comments

  • I would presume that you attach a brief note to the document stating your BR Reference number for the OR, something similar to a compliment slip.
Went BR 25th May 2007 at 12.33, OR Interview now done. BSC No 88
