Can you provide them his car number plate so they can trace his registered address?
any solicitor records regarding your separation
What about social media posts - ie him on holiday with new girlfriend 6 months ago or whatever.
Hospital records sent to him as PR. Your last hospital consultation that shows you as a single parent if you have one.
His mobile phone contract to another address.
I am actually seeing a neurologist at the moment and get hospital letters but how can that prove I am a single parent?0 -

How do you share his medical records? Normally they take a family history with children and have who has PR - who lives where etc on record. They won't issue a letter saying you are single but your previous letters should have the situation regarding how they share his medical needs with a none custodial parent.Tomorrow is the most important thing in life0 -
I'm not sure, now that you mention it from the clinics I take my son to the consultant does ask who lives at home etc and on the letter he gives me a copy of afterwards it does say "lives at home with mum and younger sister" but nothing about who has parental responsibility or anything.
My ex is on their birth certificates.0 -
I can't abide people who think it's ok to use children as pawns in marital disputes.
OP please don't take the advice I've quoted.
I didn't say contact should be stopped, just that maybe he can start taking responsibility for transporting his childrne without having to rely on his ex when that reliance is getting her into trouble. That's a big difference! (and that's coming from someone who has gone way above her duties to ensure her children still had a good relationship with their father).0 -

Clearly the childs mobility is so low he gets the car allowance. The mother is getting that car, therefore the father should also benefit from that benefit as it is paid to help his son, not to allow the mother to drive around.
I really doubt its the car which is paid for both their children is the issue. Its the fact shes taking credit out in his name at her address!0 -
All the OP can do it be totally honest when she is interviewed by HMRC. If she is caught out in one lie the natural assumption will be that she is lying about everything else too.
Which way it goes will depend to a great extent on that interview.0 -

Depends on whether she described him as her spouse on the insurance.Tomorrow is the most important thing in life0 -

Sorry I didn't mean to imply it was irrelevant, only that removing his ability to drive his son around was not going to solve the issue.0
