We are due to sign the missives next week, but I am wondering what happens if I sign the missives and the lender withdraws their offer?

What do you mean by material change? Like, if I lose my job or we take out a loan or something?
No we won't do any of that stuff, I just wish once we have the offer that it was set in place so I can relax lol0 -
