Block a number so it doesn't ring on Android

Keep getting calls from a phone number in Belgium in a foreign language. Getting very annoying as when I miss call it leaves a message.

How can I block a phone number so it doesn't even ring or register that a call has been received?

I have seen an App called Truecaller, but at first glance it appears to show a call as received.

Just want to block this number, end of.

On my Samsung S4 you bring up the call log then select the incoming call as if you are going to call them back.

Now all i have to do is touch the menu button and there's an option to add number to auto reject list.

You'll never be bothered by that number again.
