help needed with dro

hi guy's i'm new hear and wondered if anyone can help, basicly i'm in negative every month after getting paid my wages and top up's so have got major debt, i have some help from charities.
and am getting advice on doing a dro, but have been told to get details of my debts and th amounts and dates, as they may apply for the 6 year rule, to be wiped off.
i have searched my credit files and have found some but it only seems to show up to 2013, and i want to go back to 2011, but not sure how to do it. i have plenty of letters from debt collection agency saying i need to pay x for x bill, but there not showing on my credit file, im confused.
i want to make sure i dont miss any that i want to add, or i will be no better off and will have to pay them, and then what would be the point.
any help would be greatly received. thanks.
