Eligibility
This prize draw is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 or over, holding a MasterCard card issued by a UK financial institution, excluding employees and their immediate families of MasterCard, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw.
2. The prize draw will run from 19/06/2015 to 11.59pm on 30/06/2015 inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
3. Cardholders can receive a total of two entries into the prize draw. I. One entry per cardholder is permitted via Priceless London during the Promotional Period. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details including but not limited to email accounts, names, telephone numbers or addresses will be disqualified from this promotion. II. One entry per cardholder is permitted via social media during the Promotional Period. Only one entry will be counted, multiple entries will not be accepted. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details including but not limited to email addresses, Twitter accounts or Instagram accounts will be disqualified from this promotion. Note: posting duplicate or near duplicate updates or links is a violation of the Twitter Rules and could cause entrants to be automatically filtered out of Twitter search.Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.</u></b><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

Entries must be received by 11.59pm on 30/06/2015 (“Closing Date”). The prize draw will take place under the supervision of an independent adjudicator who will randomly select the winner. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of the Closing Date. </p>
The winner will have 7 days from first being contacted to:

Acknowledge the prize via the instructions in the winning notification
Provide a valid ID in the form of a passport or driving licence and proof they have an active MasterCard card
Confirm they wish to accept the prize.

</ol>Failure to do this will result in the prize being forfeit and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner or dispose of the prize at its discretion without liability to the winner. The decision of the Promoter is final. Please ensure you are available during this period in case you are a winner.
13. Prize must be taken during October 2015 on one of a selection of dates determined by the Promoter after the winner is chosen. The Promoter will make every effort to work with the winner and Kinky Boots to determine a mutually suitable date. Failure of the winner to be able to attend any of the selection of dates available will result in the prize being forfeit and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion dispose of the prize without liability to the winner.
